Order Confirmation & Commitment
Please ensure your order details are correct prior to payment. Upon confirmation, your purchase becomes a binding commitment to Forever Stone Tombstones as production and resource allocation begin immediately. Consequently, the transaction is considered binding unless a written exception is granted by Forever Stone Tombstones.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 1 day of receiving the item or the same day of installation of the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Forever Stone Tombstones.Wrong Item Sent:
